Counselling Sessions

Service Description

First Meeting All my services start with an free initial consultation session, which normally lasts for 30 minutes. Attending this meeting is not in itself a commitment to start therapy; it is an opportunity to explore what has brought you to therapy and to decide whether to start attending regular weekly sessions. During the consultation, I will assess the nature of your difficulties, discuss with you any concerns you might have and decide the best way in which I might help. Therapy Sessions Your sessions will last 60 minutes and are usually structured on a weekly basis. This is by choice of the client. The number of sessions needed is individual and varies from person to person.
